Welcome
Hearth Connection is a Minnesota non-profit that acts as an intermediary, working with government and community social service agencies to help people with very long histories of homelessness move into and prosper in supportive housing. Hearth Connection's mission is to build relationships, resources, infrastructure and understanding, so that no one in Minnesota remains homeless, and people who were homeless can prosper. At Hearth Connection, we believe it is possible to end long-term homelessness in our society because we have seen the vicious cycle of homelessness broken, one participant at a time. No one should have to sleep outside, in a car or on a mat on a shelter floor. Hearth Connection is committed to increasing government’s investments, increasing the public’s understanding and creating the systems needed to end homelessness in Minnesota.
