Minnesota has a national reputation for providing a wide continuum of housing and services to reduce homelessness. We have a commitment to respond to the current crisis faced by thousands of Minnesotans struggling without a home.

Ensuring that children, youth, and adults have a stable home is a priority for state officials.  Hearth Connection builds awareness and support for ending long-term homelessness through our efforts to improve public policy.
